Justin Simon Founder & President

Justin’s entire professional career has been in the digital media and marketing arenas, with the bulk of these years focused within the automotive industry.  Prior to founding Driven Media Group, Justin spent 9 years managing digital marketing operations and account management for Toyota’s tier 2/brand agency within the Central Atlantic Region.  His passion is working 1-on-1 with clients to identify revenue opportunities and applying data and digital marketing products and strategies to achieve these objectives.  Justin’s affinity for small and medium sized business owners prompted him to start his own venture.  Justin resides in Timonium, MD with his beautiful wife Kayla and their 2-year old Pug named Tito. 

 

Neal Goldberg Account Director

Neal has over 20 years of experience working in sales and marketing. He brings a refreshing approach to working with clients spanning a wide variety of industries including automotive, education, sports and entertainment. Neal has had the pleasure of working with high-profile clients such The Baltimore Orioles and The Maryland Jockey Club, as well as many new and used car dealerships. When Neal isn’t at work he enjoys watching his sons play soccer, going on dates with his wife, working out, and driving his Miata.

Chuck Stone Creative Director

After college Chuck got his start in film and television as a producer, production manager, and visual effects supervisor on independent films, many that have received national distribution. Before moving into digital media and marketing he had worked on projects for The History Channel, as well as House of Cards, and Argo. Chuck has written, shot, and edited numerous award winning short films, including many that have screened at the American Film Institute. For regional and national clients, he has produced TV Commercials, PSAs, Fundraising Videos, Web Videos, Radio ADs and more. Chuck lives in Baltimore City, and when not watching the Orioles or Ravens can probably be found running along the waterfront

Doug Crowther Video Editor

Doug received his B.S. in Electronic Media & Film from Towson University, where he studied all aspects of video production. Prior to joining Driven Media Group as a Video Producer/Editor, Doug was the Digital Media Specialist for a law firm in Towson, MD, solely responsible for producing all digital media materials for the firm. Outside of the office, Doug resides in Parkville, MD with his beautiful wife, Karla, and has two kids, named Penelope and Lucas. He enjoys photography, music, snowboarding, traveling, and just spending time with his family.

Troy Everhardt Video Editor

As a recent graduate of Towson University, Troy continuously builds on his digital media experience as a producer and video editor for Driven Media Group. While an undergraduate, Troy wrote, shot and edited numerous PSAs and Web Videos for groups and organizations in his community. Troy continues giving back to his community in his spare time as the Technical Director for Towson University’s Television Studio.

Bryan Munshaur Digital Marketing Specialist

Bryan graduated from the University of South Carolina in 2014 with a degree in Sport and Entertainment Management. Before college, he did an internship with another digital advertising agency and now has returned to that field. He brings passion to the workplace whether it is driving traffic, leads, or sales. When not in the office buying Facebook ads, he can often be found on the golf course or watching sports.

Lori Beth Infeld Lead Graphic Designer

Lori Beth brings to Driven Media Group a diverse background in printing, graphic design, presentation development, and process design. She holds a B.A. in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Baltimore, a degree focused in Design, Business, and Forensic Science. When she is not Photoshopping, she spends time with her poodle Milo and makes gourmet vegan food.

Jack McLaughlin Digital Marketing Specialist

Jack graduated from Towson University in 2015. After finishing school, Jack began to refine his skills within the digital media field by taking on an array of positions, not limited to social media management, web-content creation, and freelance photography. Over the last several years, Jack has utilized his expertise in web-based marketing and content creation to assist numerous small businesses and local brands in strengthening their own unique digital footprint. In addition to his work within the ad buying team, Jack likes to keep his skills sharp in his free time by taking on personal design and photography projects. When he’s not at work, Jack resides in Baltimore City, where he can probably be found biking across the city or catching an Orioles game at nearby Camden Yards.

Jessica Woods Search Marketing Specialist

While working at a psychiatric rehab facility, Jessica sparked an Interest in Digital Marking. As a result, she spent a year teaching herself various skillsets. To build experience, she ran paid search campaigns for friends and volunteered to work on projects that improved her company’s digital presence. With her newly acquired knowledge she was able to transition into her current role as a PPC Specialist. In addition to learning about SEM, Jessica enjoys writing poetry and playing soccer.

Dan Spivak Search Marketing Specialist

With a diverse background in media and advertising Dan is uniquely equipped to understand client’s needs and deliver a strategy that considers all channels. Dan completed his B.F.A. in Communication Arts from N.Y.I.T. and is nearly finished with the M.F.A. After college he spent 2 years as a television journalist before moving to NYC to pursue a career in digital marketing. He managed Paid Search & Affiliate Marketing efforts for an agency with clients of various sizes. After moving to Maryland, Dan found a job as a marketing manager running Paid Social, SEM and Display efforts for Men’s Wearhouse. Upon coming to Driven, Dan brought over 10 years of digital marketing experience and numerous certifications into building the SEM program from the ground up. Outside of work, Dan is a devoted husband and father of two that loves a round of golf as much as singing & playing guitar in a heavy metal band.
